Surendra Maganti, a veteran of the Human Resource Management profession is the President of - Lobo Staffing Solutions Private Ltd for seven years, based in Mumbai. Lobo Staffing Solutions Private Ltd. is part of the Personnel Search Services Group, a pioneer of executive search in India.

He has over 30 years of managerial and consulting experience in this field having worked for reputed Indian corporate entities such as Indian Overseas Bank, Unit Trust of India, in Global E-commerce. 

He has conducted trainings in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Team building, Leadership Development, Performance Management, TQM and Gemba Kaizen, Conflict Management, and Self Development etc and has provided his training expertise to companies like Siemens, Cynamide India, Indian Oil, HPCL, CDAC , MTNL, Standard Chartered Bank, L & T Ltd. His written work has featured in various Professional Journals and newspapers and has also written books on Creativity and Intelligence.

An alumnus of the Xavier Labor Relations Institute in Jamshedpur, India, (1977 batch), Diploma in Training and Development (ISTD) All India First Rank, received advanced training from ISABS, also in Japanese management, etc. His forte lies not only in the specific areas such as Organizational Development, Change Management, and Training but in the unique personal attributes that he brings to his professional endeavors

Arun Shenoy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and MBA in HR. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (UTI).

He leads a professional team that handles Business Development and Client Relations for the Organization.

Arun joined Lobo Staffing Solutions (LSS) in 2004. Over the years he has held several key positions in LSS including Regional Manager, Head HR and Zonal Head. As a member of the core team, he has been responsible for converting LSS from a start up Contract Staffing Company to Pan India, end to end HR Solutions Company.  

 He has over 27 years experience in HR, Operations, Client Relations, Business Development and Compliances. Prior to joining LSS, he worked with Unit Trust of India.

Currently, he is functioning as National Head-Business Development and Client Relationship.
